Muhammad Sarwar, a Licensed Conveyancer with over 25 years of experience in the field of Conveyancing will be the person who is responsible for dealing with your transaction. He is the Head of Legal Practice at Collective Legal Surrey. Formerly under CILEX, since 2014 he has been Conveyancer regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).

Paralegal
During the initial stages of your transaction, our Paralegal Team will be in touch with you and their communications with you are designed to aid in the collection and processing of essential preliminary information necessary for the progression of your case especially matters in relation to Anti-Money Laundering checks, instruction of searches and carrying out the necessary due diligence in relation to Sources of Funds.
Client Services Manager
From the very inception of your transaction, a dedicated Relationship Manager will be assigned to support you throughout the entire process. Your Relationship Manager will be your primary point of contact, available to address any enquiries promptly and ensure the smooth progression of your case. They will also take proactive steps, such as following up with other involved parties, when necessary, to keep the process on track.
Conveyancer
Each case will have a dedicated conveyancer assigned on cases to look into the legal and administrative processes involved in transferring home ownership from the seller to the buyer. Your Conveyancer will be working alongside your dedicated Relationship Manager and a paralegal.
